These terms cover use of the Grawe Junk & Demo website, estimate requests and optional text communications.

Estimate requests

Submitting a form requests a response. It does not confirm a booking or final price. Scope, pricing, scheduling and job-specific conditions are confirmed separately with you. Provide accurate contact and project information and upload only photos or files you have permission to share.

Services and payment

Grawe Junk & Demo provides demolition, removal and cleanout services in the DFW area. The website lists a minimum service price of $249 plus tax. Your agreed estimate or service agreement establishes the scope and price of your job. Payment is due at completion unless separately agreed.

Text communications

If you opt in, service texts may concern your estimate request, scheduling and service updates. Promotional texts require the separate marketing opt-in. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You can also call (817) 952-5271. Marketing-text consent is not required to request an estimate.
