THE REMOVAL AND THE HAUL-OFF

The base matters as much as the surface.

Patios, paths & slabs

Concrete areas reviewed for dimensions, thickness, reinforcement, and equipment access.

Shed pads & footings

Ask about concrete bases left after a structure removal. Buried depth and nearby features affect the plan.

Broken concrete haul-off

Already have a pile ready to go? Send photos, approximate quantity, and loading access for a debris-removal estimate.

A PLAN FOR YOUR SPACE

Your project. Your removal scope.

Concrete is heavy, and every site has its own constraints. We review thickness, reinforcement, nearby structures, access, and the removal boundary before agreeing to the job. Tell us how you plan to use the space afterward.

Send my project details

Need grading after removal? We can include agreed ground shaping and site preparation in the project plan. Share your intended use of the space so we can confirm the finish, material needs, and equipment access.

FROM IN THE WAY TO OUT OF THE WAY

WHAT AFFECTS THE ESTIMATE

A quote for the actual work.

Square footage alone does not set the price. Thickness, reinforcement, weight, breaking and loading requirements, buried portions, and equipment access all affect the estimate. Grading can be included when agreed in the quote. Excavation, imported fill, and replacement work must be specified separately.

General service minimum: $249 + tax. Your project is priced for its actual scope; this is not a flat price for every removal.

BEFORE WE HEAD YOUR WAY

Concrete Removal questions.

How do you price concrete removal?

We review dimensions, thickness, reinforcement, site access, loading needs, and disposal weight. Photos help, but an on-site review may be needed.

Can you remove a shed slab after teardown?

Yes, after reviewing its dimensions and access. Slab removal is a separate scope from standard shed demolition.

Can you haul already broken concrete?

Yes. Show us the pile, estimated amount, and the route to the loading area so we can review the haul-off.

Will you pour a new slab or finish the landscaping?

Our scope is agreed removal and haul-off. New concrete, landscaping, and grading beyond the removal scope are separate work.

What does my estimate include?

The agreed quote includes labor, loading, haul-off, disposal, and work-area cleanup. Extra items or additional demolition must be reviewed and added to the scope before removal.
