WHAT AFFECTS THE ESTIMATE
A quote for the actual work.
Tub size, weight, construction, gate clearance, stairs, carrying distance, and cutting needs determine the estimate. Decking, concrete pads, and extra debris are included only when agreed.
General service minimum: $249 + tax. Your project is priced for its actual scope; this is not a flat price for every removal.

Should I drain the tub first?
Yes. Have the hot tub drained before the scheduled removal and let us know if water remains.
Who disconnects the electricity?
Arrange the required electrical disconnection with a licensed professional before our crew starts. Tell us about any other utility connections.
What if it will not fit through the gate?
We review the access and may dismantle or cut the tub for removal. Send the narrowest gate width and photos of the route.
Is removal of the concrete pad included?
The pad is a separate removal scope. Send its dimensions and photos if you want it removed with the tub.
What does my estimate include?
The agreed quote includes labor, loading, haul-off, disposal, and work-area cleanup. Extra items or additional demolition must be reviewed and added to the scope before removal.
