A REAL CUSTOMER PROJECT

From aging deck to open backyard.

Photos shared by Karen Woodward with their Google review.

Photos: Karen Woodward, Google review. Each project has its own scope and site conditions.

Karen’s review describes removal of a three-level deck and broken hot tub. Her before-and-after photos show the deck and tub before removal and the cleared backyard afterward. If you need both removed, include the whole structure and the access route in your estimate photos.

A PLAN FOR YOUR SPACE

Your project. Your removal scope.

An aging deck or unused pergola can block the space you want back. Show us the whole structure, any house connections, and the route to the truck. We agree on what goes, what stays, and how the site will be left.

WHAT AFFECTS THE ESTIMATE

What affects deck removal cost?

Planning a bigger backyard clear-out? We also handle shed demolition and removal, hot tub removal and fence removal. Send the full project in your photos so we can agree on one clear scope.

Dimensions, height, construction, attached roofing, house connections, access, and buried footings all affect the work. Concrete bases, stump removal, grading, and new construction are separate unless listed in the scope.

General service minimum: $249 + tax. Your project is priced for its actual scope; this is not a flat price for every removal.

BEFORE WE HEAD YOUR WAY

Deck demolition and removal questions.

How much does deck demolition and removal cost?

We price the actual removal scope after reviewing dimensions, height, materials, house connections, stairs, gate access and any posts or concrete footings to remove. The agreed estimate covers demolition, loading, haul-off, disposal and cleanup. Send photos and your job address for an estimate; there is no single flat price for every deck.

Can you remove a deck and hot tub together?

Yes. Tell us whether the hot tub, deck, surrounding steps and any pergola should all go. We review the full project and any required utility disconnections before confirming the scope and price.

Can you remove a deck attached to the house?

We review its attachment before quoting and agree on the removal boundary. Repairs to siding, flashing, or the house are separate work unless explicitly arranged.

Are concrete footings included?

Only when listed in the estimate. Send photos and tell us whether you want posts cut at the agreed level or the bases removed.

Can the patio stay underneath?

Tell us what must remain. We review the structure, patio, and access route and agree on the protection and cleanup scope.

Do you remove fences or playsets too?

Yes, we review fence sections, playsets, and other small outdoor structures. Include them in your photos so we can quote the full project.

What does my estimate include?

The agreed quote includes labor, loading, haul-off, disposal, and work-area cleanup. Extra items or additional demolition must be reviewed and added to the scope before removal.
