What affects shed demolition cost?
Removing more than the shed? We can quote a shed or property cleanout alongside the teardown. For an old deck or pergola nearby, see our deck demolition and removal service and include both structures in your project photos.
Size is only part of the price. Materials and debris weight, shingles, subflooring, stored items, carrying distance, gate access, and slab removal all affect the work involved.
Send clear photos of each side and the path to the truck. We’ll confirm whether photos are enough or an on-site estimate is needed.
General service minimum: $249 + tax. This is not a flat shed-demolition price. Your estimate covers the agreed labor, haul-off, disposal, and cleanup.

What does shed demolition and removal include?
The agreed estimate includes dismantling the shed, loading the debris, haul-off, disposal, and cleanup of the work area. Contents, concrete slabs, foundations, and nearby debris are included only when listed in your estimate.
Can you remove a shed through a narrow gate?
Send a photo of your gate, its width, and the route from the shed to the driveway. We review access and carrying distance when planning the work and preparing your estimate.
Do I need to empty the shed first?
Let us know what is inside and what you want to keep. We can include a shed cleanout in the estimate. Set aside belongings that should stay before demolition begins.
Can you remove the concrete slab too?
Concrete and foundation removal can be quoted separately after we review thickness, size, access, and your plans for the area. A standard shed teardown does not automatically include slab removal.
What if the shed has electricity or other utilities?
Tell us before booking. Arrange required disconnections with the appropriate utility provider or licensed professional. We confirm site requirements before demolition and may request written confirmation and required permit copies.
How long does shed removal take?
Timing depends on shed size, construction, contents, and access. We confirm the expected work window after reviewing your project. Send your target date so we can check availability.
How much does shed removal cost?
Your quote depends on dimensions, materials, roofing, flooring, contents, access, and any foundation removal. Send photos for a project-specific estimate. Our general service minimum is $249 + tax; shed demolition is priced for its actual scope.
