GRAWE JUNK & DEMO · EULESS & DFW

How it works

A clear plan from your first photos to the final cleanup.

01

Show us what needs to go

Send photos, your ZIP, and a short description. Include the access route, gates, stairs, and anything you want to keep. Let us know your target date.

02

Confirm the scope and price

We review size, material, weight, and access. Some jobs can be quoted from photos; larger or more involved projects may need an on-site estimate. We agree on what is included before scheduling.

03

We remove, haul, and clean up

The crew completes the agreed demolition or removal, loads the debris, handles disposal, and cleans up the work area. Payment is due at completion.

Before removal day.

A little preparation helps the work go smoothly.

What should I prepare?

Keep the access route clear, identify anything that stays, and arrange access to the property. For hot tubs, drain the water first. Tell us about fragile surfaces or access restrictions.

What about utilities and permits?

Arrange necessary electrical, gas, water, or plumbing disconnections through the appropriate utility provider or licensed professional before demolition. We confirm the requirements for your job before scheduling, including any required permit documentation.

What affects pricing?

Volume, weight, materials, access, carrying distance, demolition time, equipment, and disposal requirements. Our general service minimum is $249 + tax; your job is quoted for its actual scope.

Can I add items on the day?

Tell us before we remove them. We review additions and confirm any price adjustment with you first.
